Hello friend,Are you looking for the exact circuit diagram here, or the whole project of yours?You wo not get it anywhere. All you can get is direction and guidance, you can do it yourself that's easy and I will tell you how you can move forward. You also can ping me directly for any kind of support. You have to follow a basic rule first, ie to break your project into parts, let's say connecting each of the sensors is one part and you have 3 sensors so first test it three times with each sensor that it's working with your microcontroller or not. You can use Arduino for simplicity or also any other microcontroller of your choice. Here you will have to study concepts of ADC in a microcontroller, and data sheet of your controller will help you for the code and also interfacing sensors is not a very big task you can get various sample codes whether for Arduino or any controller on the internet. Once you have got each of your sensors working, you have to integrate them into one code and one microcontroller that simply means you can use 3 channels of ADC in Arduino and integrate the functioning in your codes. You can use an LCD to display sensor values and check.Next you have to study about SERIAL PROTOCOL preferably UART and how it works for sending serial bits of data from one controller to any other device or controller. After studying it, you have to decide for the wireless protocol you have to use like, RF, BLUETOOTH, GSM, ZIGBEE, wifi, etc.If you have decided what wireless protocol you will use, then too you must test your system first by connecting it with wired connection to the PC, if you have an Arduino then it becomes super easy and efficient if using other microcontroller then a small device is needed USB-TTL Converter. Once this is tested then you are sure you do not have any problems on your backend ie MCU side, so one stage gets completed. Now integrate the sensors working code to the serial transfer code for WiFi and you will find it working. You just have to calculate sensors data and send it serially over UART channel and another device or controller can be programmed to receive those bits of data and respond in a particular way.Arduino also comes integrated with ESP-8266 WiFi module commonly known as NodeMcu. So using this all you have to do is just interface the sensors and write a proper code.I did a similar project and created a wireless sensor network, consisting of 3 nodes connected to the master PC using ZigBee protocol and on PC a MATLAB GUI was made that would display the sensor readings and controlled the system to a certain extent.
